TERMS AND CONDITIONS: All orders and purchases made through this website are subject to the Terms and Conditions outlined below. These Terms and Conditions may change from time to time without prior notice, at the sole discretion of BAWLSwag and or any of its affiliate companies. BAWLSwag reserves the right to limit the quantities of certain items which you, your family or any group can purchase. BAWLSwag will use reasonable efforts to commercially deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, BAWLSwag will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. If goods are not available or there is a known delay in delivery within our control, BAWLSwag will notify its customers within 5 business days. Goods will be shipped via the selected carrier. Once Payment has been received and processed, goods will be shipped within 7-10 business days. PRIVACY: BAWLSwag is committed to the security of all information associated with our customers. We have security measures in place to attempt to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of personal information under our control. Any personal information provided will only be used for the purpose for which you have submitted it and will not be retained by BAWLSwag or added to any third party mailing lists. PAYMENT METHODS: All prices listed on our website are in U.S. Dollars. All order payments are processed via PayPal. A PayPal account is not required to submit payment through their site. Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are entered correctly to avoid delays in order processing. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the processing and or shipping of your order. REFUNDS: Defective items will be replaced. BAWLSwag will not issue Refunds for incorrect purchases or change of mind. All Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@bawlswag.com within 7 days of purchase. At which point, an RMA number will be issued that is to be included in the returned merchandise to insure credit. In the event that BAWLSwag is unable to ship an item, you will be notified by email and any amount charged to your credit card/PayPal account will be refunded. SHIPPING POLICY: •We only ship within the U.S. Goods will not be shipped internationally. •Delivery is via third party carrier. •Shipping time may vary depending on your location. •Shipping charges are determined by packaging size, weight and delivery zip code. RESALE OF MERCHANDISE: BAWLS Guarana is a privately held brand. To protect its intellectual property rights, suspected resale of our merchandise for personal or business profit is strictly prohibited. Any orders found to have characteristics of reselling will be cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel all subsequent orders from such customers. FRAUDULENT ORDER HISTORY: BAWLSwag may cancel any order if fraudulent activity is suspected and may refuse to process subsequent orders from customers with a previous fraudulent order history. BAWLSwag may also refuse any orders connected with a previous payment dispute.
